Import markdown files?

I'm trying to move from my markdown files to Meemo and try to import my text files using "Import" feature and it doesn't work. Isn't is supposed to import *.md and *.txt files?

As of now, the import only works with the output from the export feature. That "format" is a tarball, which also includes attached images. The content itself is imported from a json file inside that tarball. It is possible to write other importer methods, I will have a look at that.

It would be great to have an option to select a bunch of *.md or *.txt files and get them imported with one click.
