Thank you so much for this outstanding application.
However, the capabilities of the markdown editor in Meemo are lagging when compared with what is now usual in such tools (thinking of Markor in Android for example).
Here what I would love to see in Meemo:
check boxes: - [ ] with a button to check or uncheck the check box
auto adding start of line modifiers for: ordered and unordered lists, check boxes [meaning: when you type Return, the "- ", "1. " or "- [ ] " is automatically added at the beginning of the line]
Also, it would be practical, at least for small screens, to have a floating and bigger Validation button: it is quite cumbersome to have to scroll up to submit changes.

Hi, I agree, it's a great app and exactly what I was looking for. Simplicity just rules.
Anyway, fixing the MD limitations would perfect the app even more. Two things I found is
strikethrough ~~ does not work
checkboxes - [x] don't work
even though they are both mentioned in the cheat sheet.
UPDATE: Ah yes, if you have a link containing a string such as https://www.google.de/:b:/wassup? the 🅱️ is rendered as emoji?
UPDATE v2: Holy moly, just see it does here on Github, too. :-o
