We only support the "ustar" format for now

Quite a few implementation out there, though I'm not sure how relevant any of the other headers formats are nowadays…

Implementations for old GNU ("ustar ") and PAX are pretty much ready, but I'd first like to address stream behavior in this library first. In the meantime, here's link dump with relevant information:
