array_io can not handle complex data

I have not yet gotten the complex IO working in the array_io module. This can certainly be done, but it will require altering the algorithm slightly. Haven't looked into how to do it yet. Additionally, should look at how to make the KINDs of complex data used more portable, as was done for integer and reals.
