try out github pages for the wiki #15

I think the repo needs to be public to use github pages, but there's some content in the old getting-started wiki we don't necessarily want to make public- or at least need to review before we go full bore ahead. |

This'll make the gh-pages test moot until we decide to pay for the teams
membership, or make it public again. Which are both fine. Better to have a
private repo to play with and organize info now than accidentally share
something we don't want to share.
