Description of the bug

Basically, the liaison can no longer see the tac map as he is now on the WY team rather than the USCM one.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

He should be able to see the tacmap.

How do we reproduce this bug?

1. Play liaison
2. Look at the top right
3. No tacmap option
