[Action, Cloud Native Sustainability Week] Upload recordings to YouTube

Part of #95

Upon completion of the cloud sustainability event, recordings of the meeting can be uploaded to the [TAG ENV YouTube channel] (https://www.youtube.com/@CNCFEnvTAG). This issue tracks this effort.

Ad-hoc to-do items:

1. contact the local meeting organizers before the event and kindly ask them to record the sessions if possible.
2. collect the recordings from the local meeting organizers (the recordings can be uploaded to the folder).
3. validate the recordings and make sure that we can upload them to the YT channel (check the video sequence, audio quality, etc.).
4. uploading the recordings on YT under a new playlist.
5. Announce uploaded recordings on social media (see [Tracking, Cloud Native Sustainability Week] Social Media Promotion #130)

TAG ENV co-chairs have access to the YT channel.
