求惑，config的数据是如何进入到layout.html模板里面的 #159

config定义的一些配置参数。是如何在ejs的layout.html里面加载到的。我看到this.ctx.render(index, locals);locals并没有包含config数据。就是看到这里很疑惑，想问一下！
