Sorry for the late reply!

I guess this is fine, but for the sake of ease I'd take the same approach as the "official" Serilog repos, and just keep the key publically accessible in this repo.

I haven't used .NET Framework for a few years now (only .NET Core), so I'm afraid it won't be high on my list - would happily take a PR if this is something you want sooner tho 😃
