⚬ PROBLEM: Youtube appears to have made the precision tracking feature mandatory. This is way too visually distracting for its own good

⚬ SOLUTION: An option to toggle this feature, please and thank you. I lack the technical expertise

⚬ ALTERNATIVES:

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Anecdotal evidence suggests various people raised complaints during a previous trial run two years ago. I am unsure how to estimate the scope

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS": Some people may find it useful. I am perfectly ok with this feature being optional and me just turning it off.
