Description

Add the possibility for us to add Beginner/Junior tag to both students and coaches inside the tool

Additional Context

New coaches are really concerned about being paired with advanced students and it can really discourage them if that happens.

Alternatives considered

We mark it in step 2 and it gets maybe transferred to step 3
