Settings link takes a user to the "individual settings page" instead of org. #501

Describe the bug
Please see the video. I am in the Codecov org, when I select "settings" in the dropdown it takes me to my individual "org". I then have to switch the org again to see the settings for Codecov.

Ideally, the context of the org should be preserved when going to the settings page.

Settings are available for the org from the Settings tab in the repo view. At minimum we should probably make it clearer in the dropdown by changing the text to "User Settings"

We could also add "Organization Settings" to the drop down as well as a separate line item that loads settings for the actively selected repo.
