Application for reporting grievances observed and faced by local people in their day to day life.

Our solution focuses on helping people reporting all such issues using this app.

Our AI based trained model successfully detects the problems such as garbage spill, pot holes, accidents occurred by images feed it model as input and ticket is generated and submitted to the authority directly depending on the type of grievance.

Users are also notified about the status of their grievance. Our system generates a demographics for easy viewing of the statistics.

Monthly summarized updates and reports will be sent to the higher authorities to keep them in check.

We'll also have reward system to gamify the issuance system. In this way, the people will be encouraged to be keep the city ERROR FREE.
