"Give this drain a name" field - does it make sense for it to be pre-filled? #66

As a user, I find it odd that when I click to adopt a drain, the name is pre-filled with "COMBO INLET":

name-prefilled

Do I want to name it "COMBO INLET"? Probably not.

Maybe a blank field would be more inviting.

I also feel that naming things can be hard (sometimes). I want to adopt a drain, but I'm not sure what to name it. Maybe we could make it optional?
