Set up a test site

Issue we ran into creating a test site from a private github account is that they redirect to HTTPS, and we call a lot of HTTP resources, which breaks the page. So we need to add a sub-domain like test.iggotmineinkc.org. The broken example is atbhttps://troland65.github.io/I-Got-Mine/ .
