One option for aiding clients in looking up their case information is allowing the user to submit their partially filled-out form to assisting attorneys at a clinic, letting those attorneys do the case information lookup themselves, and then having the attorney send back the form with filled out case info fields. Right now, the portal that the assisting attorneys would use is clunky and not user-friendly. It is necessary to improve this table to make it more intuitive for the assisting attorneys.
