Brainstorm and develop "FAQs for Newbies" section. Ideas for questions to answer:

where would i fit in?
what would my role be?
how much technical knowledge do i need?
what will i find?
what kind of people attend?
what will i get out of going?
how can i benefit the projects/mission?
