[Bug Report] - Civic Profile: Basic Info Console Warning

Describe the bug:

When typing input for Legal first & last name, a console error appears: Layout was forced before the page was fully loaded. If stylesheets are not yet loaded this may cause a flash of unstyled content. (menu.html)

Expected behavior:

Page for user is fine, unsure if this warning will have more visible side effects down the road.

Actual Behavior:

UI unchanged.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '.Civic Profile'
2. Click on 'Legal first name'
3. Console log displays error
4. See error
