The Census Bureau has published street centerlines since 1992, annually since 2006, with the explicit purpose of enabling time series maps. We should be able to compare the centerlines year over year, joining on TLIDs, to derive features that we can import into OpenHistoricalMap. Streets older than 1992 should probably be omitted from this import, so that we can import or map them from other sources without having to worry too much about conflation.
