These issues are known and are either being worked on at the moment, or at least planned to be fixed/looked into for one of the minor versions before 1.0:
- Unknown IPv6 support status. Plugin was only tested under IPv4 so far, could fail miserably under IPv6.
- Unknown support status for databases other than MySQL. Plugin was only tested with a MySQL database, could fail miserably with other systems (concerns Joomla 3.0 only as far as I know, J <2.5 only supports MySQL as far as I know, J3.0 supports Postgres and MS SQL - will do tests for one of the next versions...).
