Campaign Verification

• Add admin method to verify campaign
• To verify campaign, campaign creators must submit documents(may be google docs url or links highlighting the campaign)
• Campaigns can only be paid out iii their verified status is true,
• • @codergon can build frontend page of admin user and where they can view all campaigns and verify them
• If campaign is seen as scam, send mail to donors with link that can make them directly refund
