Add local pinning/unpinning

This seems to be a recurrent request, and it makes sense too. Pinning allows users more control over which datasets they keep around and serve, akin to what Bittorrent users can do when adding/removing torrents. It's also a widely understood from IPFS. Finally, it's needed for my benchmarking so now I need it too. 😄
