In UI texts we will use i10n (issue #395). Content (articles, news) will be on two langs:

  • Russian
  • English

Default language detection

  • For all visitors, default language is English
  • For Russia, default is Russian

Module should detect Russian visitors and change default language to Russian. Most important parameter is speed

Store default settings somewhere

Change language selectors in templates:

  • index page, block News
  • article page
