Add documentation for IDE on the code analysis #30

In the code analysis section of the website, we should document the IDEs.

In the sidebar, we should add an IDE entry and document how to use the code analysis in the IDE. We should have one sub-section for each IDE (VS code, JetBrains, VisualStudio).
