ERROR in CT-Scan Reconstruction

First of all, thanks for your huge contribution with this incredible addons in blender.
We are trying to use this addons mainly to import CT-Scan to 3D without going through Slicer.

I have done the installation following the steps in the wiki tutorial but I can't get it to work properly.

It gives me errors like the ones I attach in the following screenshots.

I hope I can solve the problem.

We are using version 2.91 of Blender.
