Write integration tests

We have a separate issue for unit tests, integration tests will be more complicated.

We need to create a "test" data set, run it, and check it against expected output.

Did we want a separate figshare that is like the production fighsare but has testing data? By testing data, I'm thinking subsetted datasets, so things run more quickly.
