The HOME nav item is causing some confusion. It's purpose is to allow the user to navigate back to the splash page. To allow the user to still have the ability to navigate there without the HOME button, the nav title can be anchored to the splash page.

The tasks for this issue is to remove the HOME nav item, and update the nav title to be a link to the splash page.
