Github Check sometime doesn't trigger even if the title was correct

Look like the check doesn't work correctly in some case, not sure why but rename to an invalid title and rename back to a valid one make it "triggered" and work correctly.

Rename the title and works!

I'm seeing this too
Just a hunch, but from what I've noticed it only seems to happen when the PR is updated (e.g. by adding more commits)
