Is there a way to disable OTP for an api account?

We have a Power Automate Flow and cloud run code updating assets on our players, that stopped working after the requirement of OTP.
We cannot use the OTP code from our local network as it seems to be location-based "whitelisting" when accepted.
That is not a well-designed change as we have no way of authenticating the location of where the code is running.

1. Is there a way to disable it for that single "API" account?
2. Can we make an API key instead of using accounts?
3. How else do you recommend authenticating for code or Power Automate?
