User Story

As a visitor interested in virtual substations and specifically the CoMPAS project

I want to be able to find an overview, both visually and in text, on the project, the team and how the project sits in the LF Energy ecosystem.

So that I can decode to use, join or communicate about the project

Acceptance criteria

Website on https://compas.energy with:

relevant navigation,
and content:
- graphical overview
- projct description
- team overview
- sponsor overview

Separate website for developer documentation: https://developer.compas.energy
