Hi. I just ran into the problem with rootUrl construction that was fixed in May a49f8b2

Would you please consider doing a 0.15 release? It would have saved me quite a bit of time today.

Fantastic module, BTW :) It needs more publicity.

Just as an FYI - I've restarted a new CPAN module to access the Google Cloud API.
WebService::GoogleAPI::Client is available on CPAN and the source repo is https://github.com/pscott-au/WebService-GoogleAPI-Client
