I don't understand this issue. filepath is listed as a boot package and version 1.4.200.1 corresponds to GHC 9.8.2. Nightly already has this version of GHC. So why are bounds needed for this?

As far as I can tell the listed offending packages require more recent filepath so the boot version is not enough.

@owensmurray I went ahead and disabled json-spec-elm-servant now to allow json-spec-1.0 as well - hope that makes sense...
