Summary

Duplicate records appear in the contributors list under the PCC signature table

Steps

Login to the admin portal
Navigate to the easycla overview page
Go to the SIGNATURES table & open the CCLA's tab
Now open the Approved Contributors list
See-Duplicate records appear

Expected behavior

the contributor's list should have unique records
