Network Canvas Architect 6.4.2

This is a bugfix release of Architect, fixing several issues of varying severity. It should be installed by any users currently using version 6.4.0 or 6.4.1. Users running versions prior to this should consult the release notes for 6.4.0 before upgrading.

Changelog:

• Fixed a bug that made it impossible to remove form field validation.
• Fixed a bug that meant that ego variables were not being validated correctly.
• Fixed a bug that caused skip logic and filtering rules that used edge attributes not to function.
• Numerous small fixes for the rendering of the printable codebook.
• Removed mp4 files from the list of possible extensions for video assets.
• Updated the preview mode to use Interviewer 6.3.2.
