Could potentially be resolved with the use of react virtualise although animations may need to be removed.

I noticed this, too. This should update the NewFilterableListWrapper component, and could take place as part of #1078

This isn't a priority since clients shouldn't have hundreds of interviews on them at a time (10-20 is the expected range). Putting this as a post stable feature.
