A couple of month ago, I tried the prior version of 2.9 (don't remember the version) and as soon as I activated it, the CiviCRM menu disappear. I disabled it and the menu reappear. Left it disabled since we had no use at the time. Yesterday, the need arise and I reactivate the plugin (at that time, I did not remember why I disabled it in the first place...) and sure enough, the CiviCRM menu disappear. Tried to disabled it but this time the menu did not come back. Found the update and install it. Menu reappear, until I fix the fatal error from non static function in ContactLock.php. As soon as the rebuild_group API run, the menu disappear again. Tried again to deactivate the extension but menu is still missing. Here a quick description of what happen when I enter CiviCRM. The dashboard appear, then the menu appear for a second max, and then disappear. The space that the menu occupied is still there but it is empty. It is like a css clause would make it disappear after page finished loading.

@syxys1 Can you double-check the browser network console, to see if an ajax query is returning an error?

Sorry for the delay. I found the root cause for this on our system anyway, it appear to be the Usermenu extension that is needed for your plugin. We are running WordPress 6.0.2, and CiviCRM 5.50 with CA_fr as language configuration. CiviCRM Bootstrap theme extension plus Shoreditch WordPress Workarounds. Right now I have completly remove compucorp civicase and reinstall the civicrm civicase. So I won't be able to help right now. I might give another try next year if they ever upgrade the Usermenu extension or if you get rid of that requirement. Thanks for your answer.
