Exercise - "create" command with "test_package" step 2 incorrectly indicates the -t step was already run

Assuming I didn't miss running this step earlier, Step 2 in the tutorial should be run (not noted as "# already run"). The exercise 3 steps prior executed the command without the -t switch, so it should be run.
