It should includes:

  • Acquisition metadata
  • Preprocessing results (including motion correction (mcflirt results), slice timing correction, fieldmap-based distorsion correction)
  • Registration T1w<->BOLD overlay
  • Nuisance time-series
  • Pearson's correlation-based functional connectivity matrices
  • (Spatio-temporal connectomes)
