Add support for hierarchical tables

Why we only support flat tables. Did we remove a feature from the DCG?

Frontend editing never supported editing hierarchical data so far.

Feel free to implement though.

Hmm i thought we need only the PID parameter, like the one in the backend of Contoa or is something else missing?

The complete hierarchy definition as filter in the data definition and the controller handling (parent enforcer and the like).
