Re-posting the following enhancement suggestion from the previous GitLab project for conventional-gitlab-releaser:

It would be nice if there was some transform function for the message field, which currently defaults to Release x.x.x. Someone may want to see smth like Release x.x.x (YYYY-MM-DD), for instance.

I think this is a great idea! 😄

Perhaps adding an option to changelogOpts for, as you noted, a transform function, that can be used on line 82.

Would someone be willing to submit a merge request for this enhancement?
