Utilize standard

@demory just saw this repo, I've been using standard across all our latest JavaScript repos for code styling (see the guideline here: /conveyal/javascript#using-standard-style). It's a set of rules that's being widely adopted and allows us to forego creating custom .estlint/.eslintignore/.jsbeautify/.jscsrc files for each repo.

Just wanted to mention it early so that our styles don't diverge too much.
