[feat] Migrate coolify 1 services to coolify 2

Hello all,

Was wondering if other people would be interested to migrate services under one coolify instance to another by simply linking to the server.

Approach 1

on Coolify 1, go to settings, tools, link another coolify instance, add private/public key, hit connect, a migration wizard will ask, shall we link to the same services, or remove from the old coolify (migrate), then it will list private keys, servers, services ...etc on checkboxes and link them on Coolify 1.

Approach 2

on Coolify 1, go to servers, add, the validation script will look for trail of coolify instance configurations, if found, it will simply adopt these services into Coolify 1.
This would mean, for all servers managed by coolify, there should be an /etc/coolify_config.json or similar.
