[Bug] Same URL has different behaviors on different computers #690

Describe the Bug

https://www.cornerstonejs.org/live-examples/crosshairs
I visit this url on different pc. What's very interesting is that one of pc cannot view images.
Chrome version are same, all are 114.0.5735.199 64 bit
Win11 Chrome
the other is Win10 Chrome

Open chrome browser
open the url

The current behavior

the image will not show

The expected behavior

the image will show

OS

Win11, Win10

Node version

v17.9.1

Browser

Chrome 114.0.5735.199
