run ssdttime.bat got errors with python 3.8.2 and windows 10.
one error was : could not download iasl-win.zip
after I downloaded it manually, and execute Dump DSDT, I ran into another error,
it said: could not found dsdt.bat in d:\ssdtime\script

but when i downgrade the python to python 3.4.0, everything works fine.

I am on 3.8.1. I started the bat file as an administrator. It runs but cannot find the dat file. When I start it normal, i.e. not as an administrator, it works fine.

same as issue #9

It runs fine. Just do not run it with administrator rights.
