On Windows 10 with a recent version of conda, there appears to be a conflict between the name of the 'run' module and another preinstalled module, so that the MakeInstall.bat script fails.
Suggest renaming run.py to something like runclass.py and associated references to it in diskwin.py and MakeInstall.py, as this solved the issue on my end.
