The current hardware clock should be used as commit timestamps(commit-ts)? #5

According to the section 3.5 Commit a Write Set of the paper, the commit-ts
should always be the current hardware clock. But in the source code, the writer's
local-ts, named local_clk in the code, is used.

self->local_clk);

Is this correct?
