Plugin not creating Local notifications even when app is open

Hi everybody,
I created a simple app by using the sample codes provided by Cordova Geofence Plugin
The problem is that I receive no local notifications when transition detected at all.
Plugin initialize - OK tested
Plugin add geofence - OK tested
Plugin detect geofence transition - OK tested

The environment is
windows 7
Node: v13.14.0
Cordova: 10.0
Android Platform
