Would be nice in case of a newly uploaded distribution, if the badge works immediatedly. Compare the badges of travis and covers, which also display unknown first.

There's no "unknown" state right now because CPANTS website doesn't show distributions that are uploaded but not analyzed yet. However, "unknown" badge is nice to have and will implement it when I refactor the site at/around QA Hackathon. Thanks for the idea!
