The secuence::

• Clone
• Yarn
• Yarn build

fails with
$ yarn build
yarn run v1.22.15
$ vite build
Could not read configuration from PHP.
Error: Command failed with exit code 255: php artisan vite:config

composer install must be run before yarn build.
