Per chat in 16 September 2024 CAWG meeting:

Tim Cappalli: Just an FYI, NIST is adding the term "attribute bundles" to 800-63C Rev4 as an alternative to the term "credentials" for the same reason I think we adopted the "identity claims aggregator" term.

Worth using same terminology?
